National Healthcare Decisions Day Kickoff Press Conference!
The San Francisco Palliative Care Work Group Steering Commitee will be hosting a press conference in honor of the National Healthcare Decisions Day with city officials at the Outdoor Plaza of Lady Shaw Senior Housing to announce the critical importance of all aspects of serious illness care, including Advance Care Planning, and Palliative Care for all San Franciscans.
Kelly Dearman, co-chair of the SF Palliative Care Work Group, and Tina Shibue, executive director of the SF Palliative Care Work Group, will introduce the SF Palliative Care Work Group Advance Care Planning (ACP) workshops on April 17th & April 18th, and beyond—designed to engage elder San Franciscans and those facing serious illness in Advance Care Planning conversations.
